When i came into my room my bed wasn't made, the mattress was hard. And to make matters worse, in the morning they tried to get into my room with me still being in my bed. This also happened to my colleague. This place is a no go for me in the future..

We had a fabulous stay at Hotel Denny. We are a family of 4 from Australia. The rooms were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the 3 course dinners, breakfasts and the skiing at Pinzolo and Madonna di Campiglio. Thankyou for having us. We hope to be back one day.

fantastic staff, every member was really kind. really cheap price for the location offered. good breakfast and ski-bus offered. clean room and beautiful wellness zone with two tipe of sauna in a comfortable environment. recommended to every in pinzolo.

Abbiamo soggiornato l'ultima settimana di luglio 2024 in questo hotel e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti dal carattere familiare che ci ha circondati per l'intero periodo, in particolare la simpatia di tutto lo staff cominciando da Denny, Marco, Jennifer della reception e Michele del servizio bar, per non parlare dello staff del servizio ai tavoli durante i pasti capitanato da Camila, ci scuseranno le altre colleghe se non ci ricordiamo tutti i nomi. Pasti ottimi e abbondanti, servizio buffet completo di vari manicaretti. In ultimo ma non meno importante il sorriso è la cortesia di tutti i componenti l'hotel, sicuramente un valore aggiunto. Dopo 5 anni siamo tornati in questa struttura e abbiamo ritrovato la stessa ottima accoglienza che avevamo tanto apprezzato: camere comode e sempre pulite e in ordine; cucina ottima e varia, con tre proposte di primi, tre secondi e tre dolci/frutta, con opzioni variabili tra cucina tipica trentina e cucina italiana, che soddisfano sia chi, come noi, cerca le tipicità locali, sia chi predilige piatti classici. Da non dimenticare il buffet di verdure e insalate! Tutto sempre buonissimo!! Colazione abbondante e molto ben assortita, sia dolce che salata, di cui abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato le eccellenti torte fresche e le marmellate di produzione propria! Il tutto è reso ancora più piacevole dal servizio in sala, sempre attento e professionale! Ovviamente torneremo per il tris!!!

Hotel in posizione strategica con fermata autobus e navette a due passi, ma nel contempo in zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Camera confortevole, pulita, essenziale e dotata del necessario, con annesso balconcino con vista. Ottima cucina con sapori genuini e prodotti a km zero direttamente dall'azienda dei titolari, menu' con scelta tra diverse portate e colazione abbondante con latte sempre freschissimo. Personale gentile ed efficiente sempre pronto alle richieste dei clienti. I titolari persone squisite, accoglienti, disponibili a fornire tutte le info per le escursioni in questa bellissima vallata. Molto apprezzabile la zona wellness e relax nuovissima con due saune. Consigliatissimo

Siamo stati in questo bellissimo hotel, in 8 amici ... gestione familiare..siamo stati coccolati dall inzio della Ns. Vacanza ..tutto il personale cordiale ..colazione top..buffet ricco di dolci e salato..marmellata e miele prodotti da loro...per non parlare della cena ricco buffet di verdure e altro..primi secondi e dolci serviti da loro su ns scelta preparati a regola d'arte...tutto buonissimo 😋 Denny e Marco ( Fratelli titolari ) ci ripronevano il bis....con un card offerta da loro ci muovevano con pullman e parcheggi gratis..fermata pullman difronte hotel. ..Vi ringraziamo di cuore ❤️ per la bellissima settimana trascorsa da Voi ..dimenticavo di dirvi che hanno una zona relax ... bagno turco e sauna ...salutiamo tutticon affetto ....Denny..Marco.. le moglie il barista Michele e l addetta reception Jennifer....hotel straconsigliato ..grazie grazie. Siamo stati solo una notte ma ci siamo trovati molto bene. Camera ampia con bel balcone e bagno ampio finestrato. Letti comodi con topper. Ottima pulizia, grande attenzione all ambiente. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili. La cena è stata buona ma la colazione è spettacolare con una marmellata fatta da loro davvero buona ( si può anche acquistare). Valida anche la posizione e la comodità del parcheggio. Nulla di negativo.

Cordialità, ospitalità, educazione, pulizia e ottima cucina. Camere comode, con letti e materassi confortevoli, ampi terrazzi in ogni stanza. Posizione comodissima, parcheggio riservato davanti alla struttura. Personale educatissimo e cordiale come i proprietari stessi. Prezzi onesti.
